We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. So, if for any reason you are unhappy with your items, you can return them in an unused condition and unopened packaging within 14 days for a full replacement or a full refund. However, we will refund if the item is damaged, faulty, or if it is the wrong item.

We will refund or reship if the package does not arrive for any reason or the other. A full refund of the actual cost of the package or a reship of the same product(S) ordered. Customers are given the choice to choose either a total refund or reshipment.

If a collection needs to be arranged, this will be arranged for a weekday only, between standard working hours. If you are not able to be at home during collection, you may leave the goods somewhere safe.

Exchanges:

We will send out exchanges inside the US and Canada for free, you will not be charged for the shipping costs of the exchange order. When exchanging for a lower-priced item, we will credit you the difference. Should the replacement item be more expensive, we will contact you to arrange additional payment.

Canceling Orders:

If you wish to cancel your order directly after purchasing or before we have shipped your item, then please email with your order number and a reason for the cancellation. We will process this for you as soon as possible. However, if we have by this time already shipped out your items for delivery by this time, then we will treat your request as a refund and will be subject to our policy.

Your refund will be issued to the same method of payment you chose. Refunds are processed as soon as possible. On returns, this can take up to 3 days. Please note that in busier periods, refunds can take longer, but never more than 7 days.
